Welcome from the Dean of Students

Mr. Rob Odri

Dear Parkway Families,

As the Dean of Students at Parkway School, my role is to support and guide our students in becoming their very best selves. At Parkway, we emphasize the 4 R’s—Respect, Responsibility, Readiness, and Resourcefulness—as the foundation of student success. These values help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

In addition to my work with students on their daily choices and growth, I proudly serve in several important roles for our school community. As Parkway’s Anti-Bullying Specialist, I work to ensure that all students feel safe, respected, and valued. I also serve as our State Testing Coordinator, supporting both students and staff in meeting academic benchmarks. As the Intervention & Referral Services (I&RS) Specialist, I help connect students with the resources they need to overcome challenges and succeed.

A key part of my work is guiding students in making thoughtful behavioral choices. I use restorative practices to help students reflect, repair, and grow from their experiences, encouraging accountability and empathy.

It is a privilege to partner with families, teachers, and staff to support the academic, social, and emotional success of every Parkway student. Together, we can help our students embody the Parkway spirit of respect, responsibility, readiness, and resourcefulness.
